Our roof was damaged in the hail storm during July 20th 2023, after searching and talking with several companies, I was referred to Lake Orion Roofing.From the first time I reached out, I have had nothing but good things to say. Our contractor, Mark, was amazing and even took the time to help us deal with the insurance company to get what was owed for our damaged house.Once the insurance had been thoroughly reality checked by my fiancé and Mark, the work on the roof was completed very quickly.A few days ahead of time some materials and a dumpster were dropped off in preparation, and the actual work on the roof was done in the time it took me to go to and come home from work.The gutters were a different team but was completed separately in one day by them. When we had some minor issues with the gutters, Brian came out to do his final inspection and take care of those minor issues.Every person we interacted with was amazingly friendly and kind, I could not recommend them highly enough.

We had our roof replaced this summer by Lake Orion Roofing. Mark was out within a few days after I called for a roof inspection and quote (not an insurance claim - we paid out of pocket). He provided us with a lot of information so that we were confident in our choices. The office staff were very pleasant and helpful with scheduling and answering questions before the job began. The installers were very nice and answered all the questions I had while they were on site. The job took 2 full days and the clean-up was perfect. Everyone on the Lake Orion Roofing team is very responsive, pleasant and knowledgeable. They addressed all my concerns very promptly about needing a new roof. They also added a new gutter on my house that was damaged. Mark went through all my options in detail and provided excellent service. He helped work with my insurance company and made this part of the process painless for me. His crew put on a new roof and gutter in just one day. I recommend Lake Orion Roofing without question. I had to have roof replaced due to wind damage and Mark helped me with every step along the way. He was a huge asset during the insurance claim process. They were always on time and very professional. They did a quality job and cleaned up extremely well.

We worked with this company on a recommendation from my parents and we are extremely happy with the work they did! Mark worked with our insurance and explained every single step to my fiancé and I. The crew completed our roof in one day (smaller job) with no issues and did a great job cleaning up. I would use and recommend this company a million times over.

A recent wind storm caused our shingles to visibly come up, I am happy we read the reviews on Google for Lake Orion Roofing as they inspected our roof & we had a lot more damage underneath than I thought. We coordinated with Mark, he and his team were excellent working through the roof insurance adjuster claims process and I was able to have my entire roof replaced just through knowing how to work with the roof insurance process! Also I was worried about my insurance rates going up because of a claim (like car insurance), however it works differently as it is based on regional damage, not my individual claim. I am very happy with Lake Orion and his team they were very professional, knowledgeable, and highly recommend!
