The owner is involved up to the sale, crew came as scheduled, did a great job, cleaned up when done 100%. I recommend... LOR because they worked well with insurance company, were.informative with no bs, did job on time, and were all pleasant to deal with. Price was middle of the road, work was excellent so we were pleased!read more

His... team from the receptionist to the onsite installers were consultative, responsive, neat and accurate. They also guided us in choosing the right shingles for our home. I called many roofers to get estimates on my mother's roof. Left many messages to other roofers, which never called me... back. Then I called Lake Orion Roofing. Stacy answered the phone and asked a few questions. Next thing I know, I received a quote which was very competitive. I had a few question so Mark (the owner) called me back. Mark was very patient with me and the upgrades I thought were needed (which would have cost a lot more) were in fact not a need. Mark kept me on my budget with high quality materials and workmanship. The crew cleaned everything up so if you didn't notice the new roof you wouldn't have thought they were even there. Thanks again for a great jobread more

Replacing one's roof is a big decision and should be made in consideration of the most accurate data available, so here... are my data for your consideration: 1.) Of the five (5) company representatives, who I invited to come and quote, four (4) gave me on-site quotes at the times of their evaluations and each immediately offered a discount for cash, when I stated my intention to pay cash; 2.) Only one (1) asked for time to thoroughly evaluate my situation and we made a time the next week, during which he promised to go over ALL of the details associated with my job; 3.) The President of the company and I met at the appointed time and he honored ALL of his commitments made to me (i.e. as a retired, mechanical engineer, who performed roofing jobs himself, in his youth); 4.) His cash price was better that all of the other competitors (i.e. even though I did NOT disclose the prices quoted by any of the competitors) and we agreed on the contract; 5.) The workers, materials, workmanship, disposal of spent materials and timing of the project, upon completion, were not only good, but SUPERIOR to even my high expectations! The name of the company involved in the final project is: Lake Orion Roofing and I am NOT being paid for this endorsement! It is SO gratifying to find a company with that much integrity in today's environment!! If you want a superior job, with materials of your choice and an uncompromised roofing job, this is my recommendation and I will even authorize Lake Orion Roofing to publish pictures of the work they performed. Mark and Brian patiently discussed my options (more than once). The job was done in exactly the time frame promised.... Little adjustments were promptly and accurately take care of. This was a large but non-stressful purchase. The price was very competitive. Lake Orion Roofing did a beautiful job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.read more

Lake Orion Roofing did an amazing job for me! They found the cause of my leak and did a timely job. All of the staff... was super kind and helpful. Cleanup was great. The roof looks fantastic. I appreciated the roofers’ hard work and I appreciate the other staff working with me to answer all my questions and get it done quickly. Would definitely recommend them!read more
