Lake Orion replaced my roof about 8 years and I have never had a problem with it. Recently with all the rain this... summer one of my skylights had a small leak. I called LOR, left a message, and they promptly returned my call that morning. Although I thought I may need new skylights, Brian at LOR was very honest with me and told me they just needed to be calked again. They have always been prompt, on time, and professional!read more

Lake Orion Roofing did our roof over 17 years ago. Recently a bad storm came through that knocked down one of our... large trees. To be safe we asked if LO Roofing could inspect our roof for potential damage. Brian came by, was exactly on time, professional, and did a thorough inspection. Thank goodness the roof was fine, and we have nothing to worry about. It is so nice to have another business in this area that we trust will always operate with this level of integrity and honesty. My grandparents got their roof from them back in 08. Still in great shape overall but have a few issues due to... animals/siding etc. Even though it is out of the warranty Brian still came by to take a look and give us advice on how to get things fixed free of charge.read more

Brian came out to give us an honest assessment of our roof and I was extremely pleased. No price gouging, upselling, or... making up issues that don't exist. I can't speak more highly of the experience. We will definitely be going back to these folks when it's time to replace our roof.read more

I want everyone that is looking and researching for a new roof to know about my recent experience with Lake Orion... Roofing. I recently contacted L.O. Roofing to ask if there was anything that could be done regarding a leak in my roof. L.O. Roofing replaced my roof in 2004 and I wasn’t sure what their response was going to be 20 years later. My information was given to Brian.. He contacted me and said that he would see what he could do. Brian not only took the time out of his busy schedule to visit with me, he FIXED the leak! I have known Mark for many years as our sons played youth hockey together. When it came time to consider replacing our... roof, Mark came to the house and did an evaluation. He recommended some key repairs to flashing and other areas of the roof that would extend the life for a few more years. He had his crew to our home that week and made the necessary repairs. We barely knew they were there, very professional.read more
