We have lived in our house in Lake Orion for 30 years. Our house was built in 1977 and needed a new roof by 1993. We chose Lake Orion roofing. Then in 2011 18 years later we chose Lake Orion Roofing again for a new roof. Both times we had three estimates. LO Roofing was in the middle of estimates. We appreciated and recognized Mark's expertise experience and transparent manner. Also, LO Roofing's long term presence and backing were and remain very important. Lake Orion Roofing installed my roof in November 2024 after I filed an insurance claim for wind damage to my roof. Mark was very informative and worked with my insurance adjustor directly to make sure everything I needed was covered, including code updates due to my roof being old and not up to date. Mark came out to throw some "band-aides" on parts of my roof to hold over the issues until they were able to come and install (only a few weeks later). There was one item I needed to get ahead of time that I had trouble finding, but Stacy, the receptionist called around until she was able to locate where I could pick it up from. The crew was able to completely tear down my roof, sheeting and all, and install the new one all in one day. Other than a few nails that had rolled under the dumpster, the cleanup was so great you never would have known they were there. All around, I'm very glad I chose Lake Orion Roofing.

I was very pleased with the interactions of mark and Stacy. Extremely honest and open line of communication. I had a roof put on 15 years ago and mark was very honest and stated my roof was fine at this time and would deal with insurance in future for meI would 1000% reccomend this company

The owner is involved up to the sale, crew came as scheduled, did a great job, cleaned up when done 100%. I recommend LOR because they worked well with insurance company, were.informative with no bs, did job on time, and were all pleasant to deal with. Price was middle of the road, work was excellent so we were pleased!

Our roof was damaged in the hail storm during July 20th 2023, after searching and talking with several companies, I was referred to Lake Orion Roofing.From the first time I reached out, I have had nothing but good things to say. Our contractor, Mark, was amazing and even took the time to help us deal with the insurance company to get what was owed for our damaged house.Once the insurance had been thoroughly reality checked by my fiancé and Mark, the work on the roof was completed very quickly.A few days ahead of time some materials and a dumpster were dropped off in preparation, and the actual work on the roof was done in the time it took me to go to and come home from work.The gutters were a different team but was completed separately in one day by them. When we had some minor issues with the gutters, Brian came out to do his final inspection and take care of those minor issues.Every person we interacted with was amazingly friendly and kind, I could not recommend them highly enough.

We had our roof replaced this summer by Lake Orion Roofing. Mark was out within a few days after I called for a roof inspection and quote (not an insurance claim - we paid out of pocket). He provided us with a lot of information so that we were confident in our choices. The office staff were very pleasant and helpful with scheduling and answering questions before the job began. The installers were very nice and answered all the questions I had while they were on site. The job took 2 full days and the clean-up was perfect.
