Lake Orion roofing did a great job on our recent home purchase that desperately needed a new roof. They scheduled us... quickly and a quoted us a fair price. We meet with the owner to get a quote. We were impressed with the amount of knowledge and thoroughness as he answered all of our questions and concerns. We’re had lake Orion roofing replace the newest roofs fewer weeks ago . They replace our roofs 20 years ago also . Mark... is very honest & explain very clearly everything about are roofs & the cost very reasonable. They finished in 1 day with professional job, the clean up very good also. Thank youread more

Thanks Mark for a thorough inspection of our roof. Our 25 year old roof put on by LO Roofing finally needs replacement.... He brought pictures he had taken days before after getting up on both roofs explained our issues and how the new roof would fix those issues. And the price quoted was throughly explained and very competitive. Here we go for another 20+ yearsread more

Very helpful and patient as we decided what type and color of shingle to get. Quote was very competitive although not... the absolute cheapest. (Actually never heard from the lowest bidder again once they submitted their quote!) Crews worked hard and cleaned-up well. They trimmed something "the way we always do it" which wasn't what we wanted. They gladly redid it without any push-back. They didn't do our gutters but Mark (owner) took all the measurements and photos and passed them along to gutter company they recommended.read more

I hired Lake Orion Roofing to tear up and install a new roof on my parent’s house and I am glad I did. They came up... with a good price, warned me about possible additional work like replacing rotted plywood (which I expected on 37 year old roof). Mark was very open and honest from the start, very detailed. His team came up a week or two later and did a great job!Mark was able to give me some discount on plywood because so much was needed. He also gave me an estimate on my own house and I will definitely have them do my roof next year. Mark even came to my house and did a quick repair on blown shingles without charging me and I really appreciated that too.Bottom line - I give them 5+ stars and not even looking anywhere else to get my roof done.read more

LO roofing replaced my roof 10 years ago. Did a great job. Recently, a windstorm ripped off 2 shingles. I thought I... would have to pay for a repair, but I called Mark and sent some photos to him and he agreed to come out and fix the roof at no cost. Great service even after 10 years.read more

We had our roof replaced by Lake Orion Roofing at the end of April 2025. i wanted to take some time to ensure the job... was done properly before writing the review I am writing now.We had a piece of the cap on the peak of our roof come off during a wind storm - about a 4ft section. We called multiple companies. Mark with Lake Orion Roofing was the 1st company to respond and come out to assess the damage. Aside from assessing the damage, he was very knowledgeable and advised me to contact my insurance company because there was a lot more damage then what i was seeing - mostly multiple shingles missing from wind storms. He also took the time to put a "band aid" (for lack of better words) on the hole while we waited for paper work and materials to be processed/ordered.Mark took the time to speak with us and make sure we understood everything - including the claim process - which we ultimately did.His crew did the job in a timely manor. The crew went above and beyond to fix any issues that presented it self during the new install, as well as do some extra work we asked for.I would definitely recommend Lake Orion Roofing to my friends and family.I cannot speak on cost of the project because it was a set cost from a claim. The additional work we had done was a fair price in my Opinion.read more
