POSITION SUMMARY:
Lake Orion Roofing is an established and growing roofing contractor. We are known in the community as a company with the highest standards of work and an undisputed reputation for customer service.

Since 1988, our success has been built upon our quality products, expert installation and, most importantly, a team of committed and successful Sales Consultants. Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking the following individuals to join our team.

Your job is to meet with the homeowners, evaluate their needs, recommend roofing solutions, measure the job and provide the customer with a price using our quoting system. Sales experience – non-remodeling
If you have a track record for being able to effectively sell but lack industry experience, contact us ASAP. You will learn our business, our products and, most importantly, how to sell. Our selling system is custom designed for the remodeling industry and is time tested and proven.

Sales experience – remodeling
If you have experience in the home remodeling industry, our Fast Track program will help you to “hit the ground running” and making money. After a short (2-3 week) training period, you’ll be on your own, but not unsupported. Our Sales Manager and office team will provide the back-up and support you need to close deals.

COMPENSATION:

• Our commissioned salespeople earn a minimum of 60K a year.
• Bonus program.
• Medical plan
